How is this different from smoking a cigarette?+
A cigarette burns tobacco. SENO strips are placed in the mouth, where nicotine is absorbed through the lining of the mouth. Nothing is burned, so there's no smoke.
How does this compare to e-cigarettes or vaping?+
Vapes heat a liquid into an aerosol that is inhaled. A SENO strip is used in the mouth. It isn't heated or inhaled and produces no aerosol.
How does the nicotine dose compare to a cigarette?+
Each strip contains 2 mg of nicotine. Nicotine content isn't the same as what the body absorbs, and absorption varies by person and product.
Is this safer than smoking?+
We can't claim SENO strips are safer than cigarettes or lower the risk of smoking-related disease. Nicotine is addictive and carries its own risks. If your goal is to quit, talk with a healthcare professional about proven options.
Is nicotine addictive in this form?+
Yes. Nicotine is addictive whether it comes from a cigarette, vape, pouch or strip.

Use the labeled dose. We haven't validated how much nicotine a cut piece delivers.
How should I store the strips?+
